Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Gator Done, LLC is a licensed Louisiana contractor and carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates available on request.
How much does a typical remodel cost?+
Costs vary widely based on scope and finish level. Mid-range kitchen remodels typically start around $45k, bathrooms around $18k, and whole-home renovations start around $150k. Every project gets a detailed fixed-price bid.
How long does it take to get an estimate?+
Most estimates are delivered within 3-5 business days of the on-site walkthrough. Commercial build-outs may take 5-10 business days depending on complexity.
Do you offer financing?+
We can connect you with local lending partners who specialize in home-improvement financing. We do not directly finance projects.
Can we live in the home during a remodel?+
Usually, yes. We phase work, use dust containment, and clean the site daily so families can stay in place for most residential projects.
Who is on site during my project?+
A dedicated project lead is on every job every day. You'll have their direct number from day one.
What warranty do you offer?+
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all remodel work and pass through all manufacturer warranties on materials.
Do you handle permits?+
Yes. We pull all required permits and schedule inspections with the parish or city.
